“ My partner and I have been coming to PV for over 3 years now. Out of the 10+ Italian restaurants in the Romantic Zone LA PIZZA NOSTRA is hands down the most authentic Italian food you will find. From the rustic covered courtyard, to the piano accompaniment during nightly dinner service, you can't help but feel like our in an authentic Italian bistro. The pasta bolognese paired with the four cheese pizza is a must, the sauce bolognese is the most authentic I've had in years, If only they bottled it for sale. Of the 3 years visiting we enjoyed La Pizza Nostra over 20 times bringing friends and family to enjoy their lovely cuisine. You wont be disappointed. ”

“ When it’s time for a break from tacos (rarely) we like to venture across the street to La Pizza Nostra! The pizza and pasta is better than the nearby Italian place and offers a more relaxed atmosphere. We usually get the meat lovers and fettuccine alfredo. The service is friendly and prompt and the food comes out quick. The times we’ve come, it’s right before the dinner rush so it’s rarely busy at the time. ”

“ Anywhere I visit, I eventually need a break from the local cuisine. Enter La Pizza Nostra. I swore we ate here before but, nope. ATMOSPHERE: Open air patio, covered sidewalk and indoor seating. A piano player serenaded till 10pm-ish. Overhead lighting alternated between white and purple which made for not so good pics. MENU: Pizza, pasta, soups, salads & desserts. BEVERAGE: Pinot Grigio Whatever brand they served was very smooth. FOOD: Piemonte Their version of a caprese salad with soft bruschetta to the side. Fresh ingredients but we had to ask for basil as whatever greens lined the plate were not it. Estefano The fettuccine was cooked perfectly and came well-coated in a creamy-tangy alfredo sauce of fresh mushrooms and bits of deli ham. Very good! Arrabbiata Very tasty meatless dish. The spaghetti was a tad overcooked but the sauce was a bold, acidic tomato-base with a kick of heat. Another winner. SERVICE: Everyone was terrific. Welcoming and immediate greeting and seating. Our server was no exception as he checked on us throughout. This was in June which is the area’s low season and late, around 9:30 pm, so both factors probably aided in the good service. TIP: Cards accepted. OVERALL: Not fancy on the outside like some nearby Italian restaurants, but the food was better and legit. The pizzas on neighboring tables looked and smelled heavenly… ”

“ The service, food, drinks, and the atmosphere was amazing!!! We each ordered a pizza (they are med in size), my husband ordered a couple of old fashioned drinks and I ordered a couple of the pineapple basil margaritas (so good), and bruschetta for an appetizer. Staff was friendly, attentive, and had playful and fun personalities. Eddie came out from behind the bar to visit with us as well as the manager a few times during our meal. Eddie brought us a lemonchello shot! So amazing! We would definitely return and probably will before our week here is up! Loved this place! Go check in out when visiting PV! You will not be disappointed ”

“ Service was not great last night. People were lined up outside and we saw them clear many tables, but no server even approached or asked the people in the lineup. Several people left out of frustration and we finally got seated after waving down a busboy. Food was good but they didn't give us napkins. Also, the billfold said tip not included but they clearly had it on the receipt. You could easily tip twice and not realize it. ”
